Its 1" thick polished plate and 24" W x 23" D cooking surface store and distribute heat for steady searing and rapid recovery. A snap-action thermostat precisely controls 200°F–550°F to handle breakfast staples, burgers, and all-day menus.
Engineered for demanding galleys, the welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior stands up to rigorous use. Flanged 4" bolt-down legs and ETL Marine compliance support secure, stable installation in marine environments. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain grease and debris to protect adjacent stations.
