Built for high-volume lines, the Lang 136SC LG Series electric countertop griddle delivers a broad 36" W x 23" D cooking surface in a space-saving countertop design. Its 1" highly polished chrome plate spreads heat evenly for consistent results from breakfast rush to late-night service.
Selectronic™ solid state control every 12" lets you dial in precise temperatures from 175°–450°F by section. Sear burgers on one area while holding delicate eggs or pancakes on another without moving pans off the grill. The polished surface supports quick turns and efficient wipe-downs between orders.
A 5-1/2" side and backsplash contain splatter, and a front grease trough channels runoff to speed cleanup. The stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs stand up to daily use and allow convenient clearance under the unit. NSF and cETLus listings and Made in USA construction meet the expectations of demanding operations.
