The Lang 136T heavy-duty electric countertop griddle is engineered to keep high-volume lines moving with reliable, even heat on a 36" W x 23" D cooking surface. Snap-action thermostats spanning 200–550°F work with 6000W elements every 12 inches to maintain set temperatures and recover quickly between loads. Sear burgers, brown pancakes, or finish fajitas without bottlenecks during peak service.
A 1" thick polished steel plate promotes uniform heat distribution and resists warping, while a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior stands up to daily commercial use. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain splatter and protect adjacent stations for a cleaner, safer line.
Operators will appreciate the 8 qt grease drawer for extended run times and fewer interruptions. With 4" stainless steel legs and 1-5/8" adjustment, leveling is quick under hoods or on varied counters. NSF and cETLus listings and made-in-USA construction support dependable performance
