Drive faster finishing at the pass with the Lang 148CMW 48-inch electric cheesemelter. Infrared quartz heaters deliver targeted top heat at 1200 watts per foot for quick melts, gratins, and browning. Plate-activated instant on/off engages when a plate is present, streamlining service for busy restaurant lines.
Place it where your workflow demands: universal wall and counter mounting with included wall brackets supports back-of-house lines or expo stations. A four-position chrome-plated wire rack adjusts product height to dial in finish results. Use the constant heat setting to keep pace during peak periods.
Durable stainless steel interior and exterior with an aluminized steel back stand up to daily commercial use. A removable back panel allows an optional pass-through configuration, and an optional bottom heat shield aids counter installations. Certified cULus and NSF for professional kitchen compliance.
