The Lang 148SC electric countertop griddle equips busy kitchens for all‑day service. Its 48" W x 23" D cooking surface and 1" highly polished chrome plate accommodate everything from pancakes and eggs to burgers and vegetables.
Selectronic™ solid state controls every 12 inches let you set section temperatures from 175° to 450°F. Cook different menu items side by side to streamline workflow and keep orders moving.
A 5-1/2" side and backsplash and an integrated grease trough collect drippings and help contain splatter. The stainless steel exterior and 4" legs stand up to daily use, while NSF and cETLus compliance and Made in USA construction meet professional expectations.
