Product Description
Engineered for busy lines, the Lang 148TC electric countertop griddle pairs a 48" W x 23" D cooking surface with a 1" thick polished chrome plate. A snap-action thermostat offers a 200°–550°F range, and 6000W heating elements are spaced every 12 inches.
Turn out breakfasts, burgers, and seared proteins for all-day service on the 48-inch deck. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard and an 8 qt grease drawer help manage splatter and runoff during peak hours.
Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior, the unit stands on 4" stainless legs with 1-5/8" adjustment to fit existing counters. NSF and cETLus listings, plus Made in USA construction, make it suitable for restaurants, campuses, and facility operations.
