The Lang 148TDI drop-in electric griddle drives high-volume production with a 48"W x 28.2"D cooking surface and a 1" thick, highly polished steel plate that holds heat for consistent results. Accu-Temp solid state controls spaced every 12" deliver precise ±2°F regulation across zones, letting you sear, sauté, and finish delicate items side by side without flavor or temperature overlap.
Streamline line flow and cleanup with an 8 qt capacity grease trough and a removable, fully enclosed sleeve that contains mess and speeds disposal. A stainless steel flange provides a clean, flush fit for counters and serving lines, ideal for hotels, corporate cafés, and busy operations where presentation and throughput matter.
