Selectronic™ solid state controls every 12" let you set precise zones from 175° to 450°F, so delicate items and high-heat sears can run side by side. This flexibility helps streamline workflow during peak periods and simplifies menu transitions.
A 5-1/2" side and rear backsplash and integrated grease trough capture splatter and runoff to speed clean-up. The stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs suit countertop installation in restaurants, cafeterias, and commissaries.
