The Lang 160T electric countertop griddle equips busy commercial kitchens with a 60 inch by 23 inch cooking surface and a 1 inch thick polished steel plate for high-volume production. A welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior stands up to demanding service, while the tapered 5 inch wrap-around splash guard helps contain grease and debris to keep the line clean.
Dial in 200°F to 550°F via snap-action thermostat control, supported by 6000W heating elements positioned every 12 inches to deliver dependable heat across the surface.
