Maintain precise results with a snap-action thermostat rated 200°-550° F, paired with 6000W elements every 12 inches to sustain set temperatures across the plate. Use it to handle batch cooking during rushes or to hold delicate items at stable heat for consistent plating. The welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior stand up to daily commercial use.
Speed cleanup and protect surrounding stations with the 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard and an 8 qt grease drawer that captures runoff efficiently. Adjustable 4" stainless steel legs help you level the unit for proper drainage
