Drive production on the line with the Lang 160TM electric countertop griddle. Its 60" W x 23" D cooking surface pairs with a 1" thick polished griddle plate to maintain steady heat, while 6000W elements every 12 inches and a snap-action thermostat (200–550°F) help deliver responsive performance.
Execute breakfast staples, burgers, and seared proteins side by side to keep tickets moving. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard contains mess, and the 8 qt grease drawer supports longer runs between disposals. A full-width grab bar and a locking tab for the grease door promote confident handling during service.
Engineered for marine and high-demand operations, this griddle uses a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior and flanged 4" bolt-down legs for secure installation. ETL Marine and NSF listings support compliance requirements, and it’s made in the USA.
