Engineered for demanding lines, the Lang 160ZSDC electric countertop griddle delivers a 60" W x 30" D cooking surface topped by a 1" thick chrome plate. A solid state thermostat covers 175°–450° F, and heating elements rated 6000W are positioned every 12" across the plate.
Cook breakfast staples, smash burgers, and seared vegetables across the expansive surface during peak periods. Contain splatter with the 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard and expedite cleanup with the 8 qt grease drawer. Set up wherever needed; 4" stainless steel legs with 1-5/8" adjustment make leveling straightforward.
A welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior is built for commercial use and daily service. This model carries cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings for professional foodservice.
