Grill burgers, sear proteins, toast buns, or hold delicate items within a 175°–450°F range. A 5-1/2" high side and backsplash contain splatter, and the integrated grease trough channels runoff to speed cleanup and keep the station organized.
The durable stainless steel exterior and 4" legs suit demanding back-of-house environments and simplify sanitation beneath the unit. Independent section control helps chefs stage breakfast, lunch, and à la minute orders on one surface to streamline workflow and maintain consistency.
