A snap-action thermostat manages a 200°–550°F range while 6000W elements every 12" help maintain uniform heat coverage.
Protect staff and streamline cleanup with a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard and an 8 qt grease drawer secured by a locking tab. A full-width grab bar improves handling, and flanged 4" bolt-down legs anchor the unit to counters for marine stability.
