The Lang 224S LG Series countertop gas griddle delivers precise heat across a 24" W x 23" D cooking surface. A 1" thick steel plate stores energy to sear, brown, and recover quickly during peak periods. Solid state thermostats (175–450°F) with pilot safety help maintain consistent results across stations.
Streamline your line with a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard that contains mess and a 3-1/2" front trough feeding an 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer. Crews can flip from pancakes to burgers while keeping the deck clear and service moving. Adjustable 4" stainless steel legs level the unit on uneven counters and support quick cleanup around the equipment.
Built with a welded steel frame and stainless exterior, this griddle stands up to daily demands in diners, cafes, food trucks, and campus kitchens.
