Built for busy lines, the Lang 224SC LG Series countertop gas griddle delivers 54,000 BTU to a 1-inch-thick chrome plate. Solid-state thermostats hold set temperatures from 175°F to 450°F, helping you stage breakfast, lunch, and à la minute orders with confidence.
Use the 24" W x 23" D cooking surface to sear burgers, caramelize onions, and finish proteins alongside eggs or pancakes. Solid-state thermostats support consistent operation across shifts.
Streamline cleanup with a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard, 3-1/2" front grease trough, and an 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer that keeps stations clear between ticket waves. A welded steel frame with stainless exterior stands up to daily use, while 4" adjustable stainless legs make leveling on any counter straightforward. It uses a standard 120V/60/1-ph connection with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
