The Lang 224T LG Series countertop gas griddle equips busy lines with a compact, 24-inch cooking platform built for everyday service. Its 1-inch thick steel plate supports high-output production while fitting neatly on existing counters.
Dial in precise results with embedded electric snap-action thermostats that set and hold 200° - 450° F, backed by pilot safety. Tackle breakfast to late-night menus—sear burgers, brown hash, or finish quesadillas—without changing stations.
Streamline cleanup and workflow with a 3-1/2-inch front grease trough feeding an 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer, plus a 5-inch tapered wrap-around splash guard. A welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior and adjustable 4-inch stainless legs help the unit level quickly and stand up to commercial use.
