Product Description
Power through peak periods with the Lang 224ZSD LG Series gas countertop griddle. A 24" W x 30" D cooking surface paired with a 1" thick smooth steel plate and 70,000 BTU output delivers consistent searing and fast recovery from 175°F to 450°F. Solid state thermostats with pilot safety help you dial in accurate temperatures for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, or sautéed vegetables.
Streamline workflow on a busy line. The 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard contains splatter, while a 3-1/2" front grease trough channels runoff into an 8 qt stainless steel drawer for quick, uninterrupted service. Welded steel construction with a stainless steel exterior stands up to daily use and frequent cleanings in high-volume kitchens.
Set it on the counter, level with adjustable legs, and get cooking. This griddle uses gas for heat and a 120v connection for the controls (NEMA 5-15P), and it meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for commercial installations.
