Product Description
The Lang 224ZTD gas countertop griddle delivers precise temperature control across a 24" W x 30" D cooking surface. Its 1" thick smooth steel plate promotes even heating and retention, while embedded electric snap-action thermostats with pilot safety hold set points from 220°F to 550°F. A welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior adds durability. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain splatter, and a 3-1/2" front grease trough channels runoff into an 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer to streamline cleanup. Four 4" stainless steel legs with 1-5/8" adjustment help level the unit to surrounding work surfaces. The 224ZTD is rated at 70,000 BTU and uses 120v/60/1-ph power with a NEMA 5-15P.
