The Lang 236S LG Series countertop gas griddle is engineered to keep busy kitchens on pace. Solid state thermostats with pilot safety hold set points from 175–450°F, while a 1" thick steel plate delivers consistent results across a generous 36" W x 23" D cooking surface. A welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior stands up to daily commercial use.
Streamline your line by searing burgers, finishing sandwiches, or firing off breakfast favorites side-by-side. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard contains splatter, and a 3-1/2" front grease trough channels runoff into an 8 qt stainless steel drawer for fast, cleaner changeouts between rushes.
Driven by 81,000 BTU gas and supported by a 120V connection (NEMA 5-15P) for controls, this unit integrates smoothly into a wide range of kitchen setups. Adjustable 4" stainless steel legs provide 1-5/8" of leveling for stable placement and easier cleaning access.
