Its generous 36" W x 23" D cooking surface and solid state thermostats hold precise temperatures from 175–450°F, supporting consistent results through breakfast, lunch, and late-night menus. The 1" thick chrome-plated plate stands up to high-demand workflows while promoting quick recovery between batches. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard contains splatter, and the 3-1/2" front trough channels runoff into the 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer to speed cleanup and keep stations tidy.
Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior, this unit is designed for the rigors of the line.
