Embedded electric snap-action thermostats regulate a 200°–450°F range, helping you hit and hold target temps during peak periods. The welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior stand up to daily use while presenting a clean, professional look on the line.
Keep workflows tidy with a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard, a 3-1/2" front grease trough, and a generous 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer that minimizes change-outs. Four stainless steel legs with 1-5/8" adjustment simplify leveling and cleaning, while 81,000 BTU performance and a 120V control connection integrate smoothly into commercial kitchens.
