The Lang 236TC LG Series countertop gas griddle delivers high-volume searing across a 36" W x 23" D chrome plate. A 1" thick cooking surface paired with 81,000 BTU input and embedded electric snap-action thermostats (200° - 450°F) keeps zones consistent from open to close. Dial in temperatures for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, and sautéed vegetables with confidence.
Streamline the line with a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard that contains splatter and a 3-1/2" front trough that channels runoff into an 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer. The result is cleaner stations, faster wipe-downs, and fewer resets during peak service. Electric thermostats with pilot safety help maintain set points and support consistent output.
Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior, it stands up to daily demands in diners, hotels, and campus kitchens. Level quickly on 4" stainless steel legs with 1-5/8" adjustment to match existing counters or equipment stands. Controls operate on 120V/60/1 via NEMA 5-15P.
