The Lang 236ZSD LG Series gas countertop griddle delivers precise, repeatable results for high-volume service. A spacious 36" W x 30" D cooking surface and a 1" thick smooth steel plate work with 105,000 BTU of heating to distribute and retain heat across the entire surface. Solid state thermostats with pilot safety regulate temperatures from 175° to 450° F for everything from delicate eggs to hard sears on burgers and onions.
Streamline cleanup with a 3-1/2" front grease trough feeding an 8 qt stainless steel drawer, while a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard contains splatter to keep stations tidy. The welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior stands up to daily use, and 4" stainless legs with 1-5/8" adjustment level the unit on uneven countertops. Use it to push through breakfast rushes, build lunch griddle menus, or batch-cook proteins for banquets without slowing the workflow.
This commercial griddle runs on gas and plugs into 120v/60/1-ph via a NEMA 5-15P for control power. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings support code compliance in professional kitchens.
