Drive breakfast, lunch, and late-night production with the Lang 236ZSDC countertop gas griddle. Its 36" W x 30" D cooking surface and 1" thick smooth chrome plate handle high-volume searing and delicate eggs side by side. Solid state thermostats adjustable from 175°F to 450°F with pilot safety give you precise temperature control service after service.
Boost workflow and cleanliness with the 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard that helps contain splatter. A 3-1/2" front grease trough channels runoff into an 8 qt stainless steel drawer to keep the line moving between disposals.
Built to withstand daily use, the welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior hold up in demanding kitchens. Four stainless steel legs with 1-5/8" adjustment help you level the unit on uneven counters. A 105,000 BTU gas system powers cooking while a 120V, NEMA 5-15P connection serves the controls.
