A 36" x 30" cooking surface and 1" thick smooth steel plate distribute heat evenly for consistent searing and caramelization. Embedded electric snap-action thermostats (220°F–550°F) with pilot safety deliver precise, repeatable results across the plate.
Streamline cleanup with a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard directing splatter to a 3-1/2" front grease trough. An 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer helps minimize line interruptions during peak periods. 4" stainless legs with 1-5/8" adjustment level the unit on uneven counters.
Leverage 105,000 BTU of gas-fired power with 120V controls to bring the plate to temp and maintain setpoints. Ideal for eggs, pancakes, burgers, and fajitas in diners, campus dining, and production kitchens. A welded steel frame with a stainless exterior stands up to daily abuse while presenting a clean, professional look on the line.
