A generous 36" W x 30" D cooking surface and a 1" thick chrome plate let you stage pancakes, eggs, smash burgers, and grilled vegetables side by side. The welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior is built for daily, high-volume service.
Dial in production with embedded electric snap-action thermostats featuring pilot safety and a 220°–550°F range. The 105,000 BTU gas design pairs defined temperature settings with the throughput busy kitchens require. Move seamlessly from breakfast to lunch without disrupting station flow.
Streamline cleanup and keep the line presentable with a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard, 3-1/2" front grease trough, and an 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer. Adjustable 4" stainless legs (1-5/8" range) aid leveling and provide clearance for sanitation. Ideal for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers maximizing output on limited counter space.
