Dial in precise settings with solid state thermostats from 175 to 450°F and pilot safety. Sear burgers, finish chicken, caramelize onions, or turn out pancakes with uniform browning. Maintain a clean station using the 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard, 3-1/2" front grease trough, and an 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer that speeds end-of-shift disposal.
Constructed on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior, this griddle stands up to high-volume service and wipes down quickly.
