Its expansive 48 inch by 23 inch cooking surface streamlines ticket flow, letting crews stage pancakes, eggs, burgers, and sandwiches side by side. A 1 inch thick chrome plate helps maintain temperature while offering a smooth surface that wipes down quickly between batches.
Solid state thermostats with a 175°F to 450°F range and pilot safety support precise, repeatable results across changing menus and dayparts. The welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior stand up to daily use on the line or in a production kitchen.
Operators gain cleaner workflows with a 5 inch wrap-around splash guard, 3-1/2 inch front grease trough, and an 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer that extends runtime between disposals. Four stainless steel legs with 1-5/8 inch adjustment make it easy to level the unit, while 108,000 BTU gas input and a 120V NEMA 5-15P connection serve the needs of busy foodservice operations.
