Product Description
Drive high-volume production with the Lang 248ZSD gas countertop griddle. Its 48" W x 30" D cooking surface and 1" thick smooth steel plate handle breakfast staples, burgers, and batches of vegetables without crowding. 140,000 BTU output supports demanding rush periods.
Dial in 175°–450°F solid state thermostats with pilot safety to sear, cook through, or hold menu items with repeatable results. Operators can manage ticket flow across the broad surface.
A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard, 3-1/2" front grease trough, and 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer speed cleanup and keep the line presentable. The welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior stands up to daily use, while 4" stainless legs with 1-5/8" adjustment help you level on uneven counters.
