Drive throughput on a busy line with the Lang 248ZSDC LG Series griddle. Its 48" W x 30" D cooking surface and 1" thick smooth chrome plate provide ample room for volume service. Solid state thermostats set and maintain temperatures from 175°–450°F to match your menu.
Speed the breakfast rush by searing eggs, pancakes, and bacon, then transition to burgers and melts at lunch without reconfiguring the line. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain splatter, while the 3-1/2" front trough and 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer streamline cleanup between tickets.
Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless exterior and adjustable 4" legs, this gas countertop unit integrates cleanly with adjacent equipment. Total input is 140,000 BTU, and a 120V NEMA 5-15P connection is included. Put it to work tightening workflows and supporting consistent presentation across dayparts.
