A 48" W x 30" D cooking surface and a 1" thick smooth steel plate distribute heat evenly, powered by 140,000 BTU for fast recovery. Embedded electric snap-action thermostats hold 220–550°F setpoints for consistent results from eggs and pancakes to steaks and fajitas.
Boost workflow on busy breakfast, lunch, or late-night stations. The 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard and 3-1/2" front trough channel grease into an 8 qt. stainless steel drawer for quick, cleaner turnarounds. A welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior stands up to high-volume service.
