Equip busy cooklines with the Lang 260S LG Series countertop gas griddle engineered for precise, repeatable results. Solid state thermostats with pilot safety deliver a 175–450°F range across a 60" W x 23" D cooking surface. The 1" thick steel plate supports consistent searing during back-to-back orders.
Streamline service with a 3-1/2" front grease trough feeding an 8 qt stainless steel drawer for fast, mess-reducing cleanouts. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain spatters and maintain a tidy station. The welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior stand up to daily restaurant use.
Power through peak periods with 135,000 BTU performance while leveling on 4" adjustable stainless steel legs. Plug the 120V/60/1-ph control circuit into a NEMA 5-15 receptacle and get cooking. Ideal for breakfast programs, burger lines, and all-day sauté and sear tasks.
