Product Description
Power through peak service with the Lang 260ZSD LG Series gas countertop griddle. The 60" W x 30" D cooking surface and 1" thick smooth steel plate handle high-capacity cook loads, from eggs and pancakes to burgers and onions. A 175,000 BTU input supports demanding production in busy kitchens.
Dial in production with 175°F to 450°F solid state thermostats featuring pilot safety. The 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard contains splatter, while a 3-1/2" front grease trough and 8 qt stainless steel drawer expedite cleanup and reduce downtime.
Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior, this griddle is engineered for daily line duty. Adjustable 4" stainless steel legs simplify leveling and cleaning under the unit. A 120v/60/1-ph, NEMA 5-15P connection and cETLus, ETL-Sanitation listings support straightforward integration into commercial operations.
