Power through peak service with the Lang 260ZSDC 60-inch gas countertop griddle. A 1-inch smooth chrome plate and solid state thermostats (175–450°F) let you set and hold the heat for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, or caramelized onions.
Speed cleanup and reduce mess with a 3-1/2-inch front grease trough that routes runoff to an 8 qt stainless steel drawer. A 5-inch tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain splatter and protects neighboring stations.
Built for busy cooklines, its welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior withstand daily use, while 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs simplify leveling. Gas performance delivers 175,000 BTU, and the 120V connection powers controls via a NEMA 5-15P plug.
