Meet the Lang 260ZTD, a LG Series gas countertop griddle built for busy commercial kitchens. Its expansive 60 in. x 30 in. (60" x 30") cooking surface and 1 inch thick smooth steel plate let you stage breakfast classics, smash burgers, and sautéed items side by side to keep service moving.
Set heat from 220°F to 550°F with embedded electric snap-action thermostats featuring pilot safety for dependable operation. Drive high-volume production with 175,000 BTU gas while a 120v connection powers the controls.
A welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior tolerates daily use and cleaning, and a 5 inch tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain splatter. Simplify cleanup with a 3-1/2 inch front grease trough feeding an 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer. Level quickly on uneven surfaces using 4 inch stainless steel legs with 1-5/8 inch adjustment.
