Equip your line with the Lang 260ZTDC, a gas countertop griddle built to keep pace with demanding service. Its expansive 60 inch by 30 inch cooking surface and 1 inch thick chrome plate promote even heat distribution across a wide 220°–550°F range.
Embedded electric snap-action thermostats with pilot safety help you hold target temps, so you can move seamlessly from eggs and pancakes to burgers and sautéed vegetables. A 5 inch tapered wrap-around splash guard contains splatter while the 3-1/2 inch front trough guides runoff into the 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer for efficient cleanup.
Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior, this unit stands up to daily use in diners, hotels, and institutional kitchens. Adjustable 4 inch stainless legs simplify leveling, and a 120v/60/1-ph NEMA 5-15P connection integrates into standard utility setups.
