Drive production on the line with the Lang 272S LG Series countertop gas griddle. Its expansive 72" W x 23" D cooking surface and 1" thick steel plate deliver reliable heat retention for breakfast rush items, burgers, and seared vegetables.
Solid state thermostats with a 175°–450°F range and pilot safety hold set temperatures for consistent results. A welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior stand up to heavy use, while the 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain splatter and protect adjacent stations.
Streamline cleanup and keep tickets moving with a 3-1/2" front grease trough feeding an 8 qt stainless steel drawer. A 162,000 BTU gas input supports high-demand searing, and a 120V NEMA 5-15P connection powers the controls.
