A 5 inch wrap-around splash guard, 3-1/2 inch front trough, and 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer keep the station tidy and the line moving. The welded steel frame with a stainless exterior stands up to daily use, while 4 inch adjustable stainless legs simplify leveling; a 120V plug powers the controls.
