Embedded electric snap-action thermostats deliver a responsive 200°–450°F range to keep pace from breakfast rush to late-night service.
Streamline cleanup and maintain presentation with a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard that contains splatter. A 3-1/2" front grease trough channels runoff into an 8 qt. stainless steel grease drawer, reducing change-outs and keeping the station orderly during peak periods.
Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior, this griddle stands up to daily commercial use. Adjustable 4" stainless steel legs help you level the unit on any prep line. Gas-fired performance (162,000 BTU) paired with precise electric controls supports consistent output for diners, cafeterias, hotels, and catering operations.
