Drive high-volume service with the Lang 272ZSDC LG Series gas countertop griddle, featuring a 72" W x 30" D cooking surface and a 1" thick smooth chrome plate. Solid-state thermostats with pilot safety hold set temps from 175°–450°F to keep tickets moving during peak periods.
Use the expansive deck for pancakes, eggs, hash, and bacon in the morning, then turn out burgers, grilled onions, and toasted buns for lunch and late night. With 210,000 BTU, it supports batch searing and all-day prep across busy lines.
A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard, 3-1/2" front grease trough, and 8 qt stainless steel grease drawer streamline grease management and speed cleanup. A welded steel frame, stainless steel exterior, and 4" adjustable legs add durability and leveling, while the 120V connection (NEMA 5-15P) and cETLus/ETL-Sanitation listings fit facility requirements.
