Embedded electric snap-action thermostats maintain precise set points from 220°–550°F, helping you hit spec every time.
Streamline workflow with practical grease management: a 3-1/2" front trough channels runoff into an 8 qt stainless steel drawer to reduce interruptions. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard protects surrounding surfaces as you flip pancakes, sear burgers, or finish fajitas. With 210,000 BTU of gas power, this griddle provides the heat headroom busy operations demand.
Built for demanding kitchens, the welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior stand up to daily use and simplify cleanup. Adjustable 4" stainless steel legs make leveling straightforward on any line. Controls run on a 120V connection (NEMA 5-15P), and the unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed for peace of mind.
