Engineered for marine galleys, the Lang CLG36 electric countertop griddle packs serious capacity into a compact footprint. A 36" W x 23" D cooking surface with a 1" thick polished plate works from 175°–475°F via a snap-action thermostat. High-output 6000W elements at 12-inch intervals deliver dependable heat for searing, sautéing, and finishing.
Streamline high-volume service from breakfast through late night. The 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain splatter, while an 8 qt. grease drawer speeds cleanup. A full-width grab bar and a locking tab for the grease door support safe, efficient workflow on busy lines.
Built for durability, it features a welded steel frame, stainless steel exterior, and flanged 4" bolt-down legs for secure installation on ships or rigs.
