Engineered for marine applications, the Lang DO362M double-deck electric deck oven lets teams bake on two independent decks to keep production moving. Each bake deck measures 22" W x 27-1/2" D x 12" H, providing space for pizzas, flatbreads, and small-batch breads.
Thermostat control with (2) three-heat switches per deck helps you set the right heat profile and stage different items simultaneously. Powered by (2) 6.0 kW, the unit delivers steady electric heat. The stainless steel exterior and 16" stainless steel bolt-down legs support a secure, durable installation in demanding environments.
Use the included rack on each deck to bake, finish, or reheat menu items during peak periods and prep. This configuration suits marine galleys, cafeterias, and commissaries where consistency and throughput matter. Listed Marine-cUL and NSF, it aligns with marine and foodservice standards.
