Power through peak periods with 12.0 kW electric heat that supports consistent, repeatable results across both sections. The stainless steel exterior finish wipes down quickly, helping crews maintain a clean line between meal services. 16" high bolt-down legs add stability on deck and simplify compliant installation.
Use the heavy-duty rack to batch roasts, hold pans for finishing, or position cookware for low, even heat.
