The Lang ECOF-AP2 is a Strato Series electric, two-deck convection oven engineered for busy commercial kitchens. Solid-state controls with timer and a 150–450°F range let teams dial in repeatable results across menus. At 23.3 kW and ENERGY STAR certification, it supports productivity while helping manage utility use.
Streamline workflow with simultaneously opening doors that speed loading, while double pane tempered glass windows let you check progress without interrupting the bake. Seven pan-slide positions and five racks per deck adapt to roasting proteins, baking pastries, finishing sides, or retherming batches.
Built for daily service, its stainless steel exterior resists wear and the porcelainized interior simplifies cleanup.
