Maximize throughput and maintain consistency with the Lang ECOH-AP electric half-size convection oven. Sized for five 18" x 13" sheet pans, it helps chefs stage, rotate, and finish batches efficiently on busy lines. Stainless steel inside and out streamlines cleanup and stands up to daily commercial use.
Dial in production with analog solid state knob controls and a timer, covering a 150-450°F range for baking, roasting, and reheating. A 2-speed pulse fan lets you match airflow to delicate pastries or hearty proteins, while nine rack positions support flexible loading and batch management.
Monitor progress through the double pane window without disrupting heat. The left-hinged door is field reversible to the right, simplifying installations in tight prep areas, cafés, food trucks, or satellite stations.
