The Lang ECOH-PP half-size electric convection oven maximizes throughput in a compact footprint, helping busy kitchens keep tickets moving. Its stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily service while presenting a clean, professional look on the line or in the bake area.
Load up to five 18" x 13" pans and take advantage of nine rack positions to stage batches efficiently. A 2-speed pulse fan promotes consistent air circulation for even browning and dependable results across the cavity. With a 150–450°F range, it bakes, roasts, and finishes a wide variety of menu items.
Programmable solid state knob controls with an integrated timer simplify repeatability for staff and streamline training. The left-hinged door features a double-pane window for quick checks and can be field reversed to the right side to fit your workflow. ENERGY STAR certification supports energy-conscious operations without compromising performance.
