Boost line efficiency with the Lang R30C-APC commercial electric range, combining two hot plates with a convection oven base in a compact 30-inch footprint. Cook on top while baking below to streamline tickets during peak service.
Dial in precise results with a solid state oven thermostat from 150–450°F and a 1-hour timer, while a 2-speed fan with pulse circulates heat for even browning. Five rack positions accommodate pans for batch roasting, finishing, or retherm work.
Built for daily production, the 430 stainless steel interior and exterior clean quickly and stand up to heavy use. A 2-inch vented stub back and 4-inch casters support flexible placement and easy moves during maintenance or layout changes.
