This integrated platform helps chefs move from prep to service without shuffling between stations.
Dial in results with a solid-state oven thermostat spanning 150–450°F and a 1-hour timer for repeatable cook cycles. A 2-speed fan with pulse capability promotes consistent color and texture on sheet pans and hotel pans. With five rack positions and included racks, teams can batch, stage, and hold product to keep tickets flowing.
